Orders all alcoholic beverages from the bartender and pays the bartender for the complete order.
Possesses a $20.00 bank of own money to give change. Maintains proper set-up of beverage tray including: cash caddy for making change to the customer, matches, beverage napkins, small pad of paper for taking orders, and a pen. Areas of beverage service include slot and table games locations, and other Casino areas of operation as assigned. Cocktail Servers provide beverage service during daily floor operations, as well as for special events.
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Cocktail Server provides timely, accurate and responsible cocktail service and complimentary soft drink service to all San Manuel Casino guests.
